Actually the title should read Garrett was back because as of this morning he is gone again to scout camp with our troop.
Last week he went to Timberline scout camp which is a leadership camp. He went with a different district than ours but he did have two friends (twin brothers) go to the same one with him.
We was pretty dirty and sunburned but happy when he got home.
It was easy for him to pack for this week's camp because he only wore one set of clothing all week. (Luckily they did make them shower and change underwear every day.) Everything else remained clean and packed in the backpack. We did one load of laundry and he was ready to go again today.
Last night we went to an awards ceremony where they showed a video compilation of the week and the scouts got their Timberline beads. It was a great experience for Garr, and we are very proud of him.

What a great thing to do, Garrett. Now, could you get Austin excited about scouting? He is anxious to hang out with you. Call when you get back.
