Birthday Reveiw

On January 28 2011 someone turned 41. (It was me.)
Here's how the big day played out.
Flowers and balloons from Glenn.

Steak for lunch at Texas Roadhouse. Mmmm. (At 2:30 you can walk right in, even on a Friday.)
Quick stop at Walmart for supplies, then home to make a snowman cake with the kids. The girls have always wanted to make this snowman cake on my birthday since it is the only winter birthday in the family but we always manage to forget when the time comes.

Friends and pizza show up. The Pitcher's and the Rockwell's stopped by. Since I did not take pictures, these are stock photos. HAHAHA!

Powdered sugar shows up with Clark's added birthday touch.

Cake decorating commences.

Notice who was involved with the cake? Not my girls, who were the ones that wanted to do it. Emily bailed early after she got an invite to a late night party and Abby was off doing her own thing. It's a good thing the Pitcher's came over so someone could help me make my birthday cake!
The finished product.

Cards and gifts.

These are pictures from William. He made them by tracing his stuffed animals then coloring them and cutting them out. I think they are adorable and what's fun is that I recognize all of the animals.

All in all it was a great day and I would do it all over again. Good thing cause I'll probably have a chance to...say next January.
