Someone had a Birthday.
We "celebrated" a major milestone in our extended family this week. I say "celebrated" because we were instructed that no fuss could be made over this event. The kids and I did pop over for a quick birthday surprise but that was it. Happy Birthday to my wonderful, kind and loving mother. We love you mom, even if you won't let us make a fuss.

Happy Birthday! I love the cake (and how she has it turned AWAY from the camera) and that 1 candle :) What a cutie. Celebrations are great.
I haven't seen your mom in 20 years but she still looks the same! Great lady - hope she had a great birthday.
